How to Play?
Didactic Game “Assemble the Person”.
- Introduction: Explain to the children that a human is a living being. Every living creature has a “shell”—its body—which helps it move, feel, see, and perform various tasks. The body is made up of parts, each important and with its own function.
- Observation: Look together at pictures of the human body (both boy and girl). Ask the children to point to body parts on themselves or on another child.
- Setup: Lay out an A3-format game board and prepare cards featuring images of different body parts.
- Task Explanation: Instruct the children to assemble a person by correctly placing the cards in the necessary sequence on the game board.
Game Play:
- The children take turns picking a card.
- The task is to determine which body part the image represents and attach the card to the game board using Velcro fasteners.
- Afterwards, discuss each child’s choice, help correct any mistakes, and praise their efforts.
Additional Tasks
- Riddles: Pose riddles about body parts. Allow the children to guess the answers and then point out the respective body part on the diagram.
- Sentence Formation: Ask the children to form short sentences containing the names of body parts (for example: “My hand is holding a ball”).
- Speed Challenge: Organize a competition to see who can place the cards correctly and quickly.
